Hello. Need some help. I have 2 chickens (pics). That seem to want to peck at one another in the same spots. (Pic) They are eating and drinking fine. I pulled them out from the other chickens because they were also picking at the same spot. I did have a 3rd sister of these but she just died from this same thing. The others pecked her to death. I’ve put aprons on them and treated the wound. But they still go back to the same spot. I live on the west coast and our weather has been hot. Could it be a heat spot? It’s just weird that only these 3 chickens have this in the exact same spot. This has been going on for a week now. Any help would be appreciated.
