Could this little girl actually be a roo?

I recently got some bantams and I’m beginning to think this little one poppy is now actually a Bobby. Any thoughts on breed and sex would be appreciated :)

    With the way that the comb is beginning to redden, I would be suspicious too. I'm not the best at determining gender, so I'm not going to say it's a roo for sure. But I'm definitely suspicious.
