I would prefer to live in the country but I've made the best of living in the city. I think they both have their pros and cons.

Country, definately......city has their pros and cons when it comes to grocery stores, anything locally and most things are within walking distance and cheaper bills.

One day, just one day, we shall live out in the country if only the property acreages would go down but doubtful in our area.

Country by far. Never lived in a city, never want to. Large amounts of people like that make me scared and uncomfortable.

Ewesheep--just curious. What's land going for in your area? Ours in NW PA is insane...1 acre for $18,200!!! a 98 acre farm with ZERO buildings for $220,00!!

I would much rather live in the country, but I live in town. I make the best of it with my hens (no roo) in the backyard and a small garden in beds in the front yard.
