couple day old chick with swollen eye?

I have a BR chick that is a couple days old. When i took it out of the incubator one eye was closed. It was trying to open it so i did to make sure it wasn't crusted shut. It has been trying to open it. It looks healthy and has been running around with the rest of them.

you have to wait awhile before you take them out of the incubator, I'm
not sure for how long, but was he walking? I think that's when
you're supposed to take them out
