Cracked/Deformed Eggs

Hi, I have a Buff Orpington who keeps laying these cracked eggs. She's the only one in the flock doing it, all my other eggs are beautiful. They eat a layer pellet, kitchen greens, black oiled sunflower seeds(as a snack) and their own eggshells. They have been laying for several weeks now and I've gotten three cracked eggs from her. Please let me know What else can be done to improve her shells. Thanks!
