    Are you sure its not an incubator used for medical purposes??? There are some of those on ebay and they look like a heavy duty egg incubator but the are for medical stuff and they sell cheaper than egg incubators...

    an incubator like that probably sold new for over $1000 if it's $45 now there is probably a good reason.

    This is a medical lab incubator used to grow fungus/yeast cultures. It is a perfectly acceptable egg incubator, as well....just be sure it can hold a constant temp and humidity. I work in a lab and used a tiny incubator they were going to throw away to hatch out my first eggs (similiar to this one, but smaller). It should work just fine if someone is interested : )
