I got this recipe from NPR (Nat'l Public Radio) years ago, and it is still a favorite in this heat loving household. Sounds weird, but is delicious! A nice bright pink wakeup call for the table. Cranberry-Horseradish Dressing for Poultry 2 cups raw cranberries 1 small onion, coarsley chopped 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup sour cream 2 tbsp. prepared horseradish (or to taste) Grind cranberries and onion in food processor. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Store in freezer, move to refrigerator 1 hour before using.
