Crazy 18 week old runt BO pulling out other chickens feathers and eating it

What can I feed her so that she'll stop doing this? Shes literally chasing the other chickens even if theyre bigger than her and just yanking the feathers off of them and just eating it.

so for me the flock
block helped and free ranging helped. however the feather pulling doesn't stop completely. I have to agree with the other posts, you need to get rid on her of you want no feather pulling

We had the same problem with our BO chicks this spring. We started calling them the vampire buffies. Moving them to larger pens seemed to help but once they started getting crowded they would start in again. It stopped when we put them in with the other birds. The older hens evidently did not put up with it.
