Hi...I was in observing my chicks today and I saw a funny thing...They are almost three weeks old and feathering out nicely but I noticed that one had this crazy fuzz growing out from the back of his/her neck (almost like a ruff). I am wondering if this bird could be a rooster or this is just the way his feathers are coming in. He/She looks bizarre.
