Cream legbars should be an auto sexing breed due to their barred coloration. The traits that distinguish a male from female in day old chicks is an altogether lighter coloration and yellow head spot. You could make just as good(or better) a guess as me. Some other members that have more experience with sexing may be able to help, but I suppose the only way to tell for sure is to wait.
It appears to be a pullet. Mine that had the messy head stripe with the lighter area in it, seem to be developing larger crests. Not sure if there's any correlation but here's my pullet chicks for comparison.
