I have the 2010 APA Standard of Perfection and if you'd like I can type out what it lists for the breed? I don't have any personal experience with them, just the book :'(

There isn't much info on Crèvecœurs because they are so rare. I recently found this book in the UK and the simple paragraph is par for the course.

Excellent. I've been leaning towards French standard as it seems more true to the breed. Now I just need to find like minded breeders who will ship to me. I've always had mixed flocks, but this breed really makes me want to focus on its preservation.

Mine are Greenfire Farms origin and meet French standard. You don't get dinged for earlobes in American shows, apparently.

The main difference I'm aware of is the color: black only in American Standard, while Blue Crèvecœurs are shown in France.
