    Hi,
I am interested in learning about Crevecours from members who have them or have raised them. I have raised chickens for many years and have specialized in Orpingtons until last year when I received a few Crevecours as "box warmers" from a hatchery order.

Now I love these little birds so much I cannot part with them and have decided to raise them.

Please let me know if you have them, too, or know of someone who does who might want to share information, etc.

Did you check through the breed threads on this site? I bet there's one for the Crevecours and it likely will have plenty of people willing to help you source some birds.

Yes, I looked up everything that had the word crevecour in it. But very limited and old posts. Being such an old breed and one color, they may not be popular. Fortunately a few people have replied to my new inquiry.
Perhaps I should start a Crevecour thread under breeds.

There's already a crevie thread in the breeds section, It supposed to be a sticky thread. It'll help you a lot. Has most all the breeders on here who keep them in it already. Just a little FYI, you are spelling it wrong, that's why you arent finding much on them if you put it in that way. It's French so it's kind of an awkward spelling for us English speakers. It Crevecoeur.
I have a good many of them myself, but all mine are bantam sized, very rare. Pretty much care wise and such, they are no different than a polish, pretty much anything you read on them, can be applied to creveies as well. Let me know if you have any specific questions.

went and got the direct link for you
