Critique my red/ginger/blue silkie please! What color is he?

What do you all think of him? His color is a bit too red and his crest is smaller than I would like. I think he is a blue partridge from exceptional blood lines, so I am hesitant to let him go, but I can't breed him. Don't know enough about genetics to know what he would produce. Thanks for any advice!

Hmmmm, small crest, don't like his tail, and his comb could be darker. I'd say if you have or can get a better Roo, sell him. JMO, I raised Silkies for 5 years and showed them too.

His comb is very red. It shouldn't be that colour.

For being a partridge, he is definitely too red. I think he is beautiful though

He obviously isn't show quality but I absolutely LOVE his color! I think he's cute. Ya never know what kind of cute looking babies he could make
