crooked neck

One of our EE chicks hatched this morning. It's neck is crooked but I don't think it is Wry neck. The egg that the chick came from was very small. It seems like it just didn't have enough room. It pipped on the side of the egg.
Is there any recommendations for helping it out. It stands a little and falls over. Will the neck straighten? Can I do anything for it?

I would try giving it some vitamins. Tractor Supply store has a powder called Sav-A-Chick that is vitamins and electrolytes. You could also give the chick children's Poly-vi-sol vitamins available at drug stores. Congrats on your new chicks!
