Crooked Toes on Baby Chicks

Looking for an explanation as to why my baby chicks are now developing crooked toes??
Born 10/17-19/2014. They had straight toes, are on medicated feed, and now they're developing crooked toes. So baffled by this!
 
Is it too late to try? These chicks were born naturally without an incubator. They hatched in the nest box and then I moved them to an old rabbit hutch that we used for babies in the past. It has rabbit wire on half the side and plywood on the other. Since chickens in the past turned out fine I never thought of not using it...
 
No. In the pictures there is some chooks that are a bit older. Though if it doesn't work out maybe putting your chick down would be the nicest way, because they are supposed to run around, and when its older it could get beat up.
