Crop issue in ISA brown laying hen

Oddball (my 1 year old isa brown hen) has been having crop issues for months, like six months, and I’m at a loss of what to do. I took her to another lady who raises chickens and she vomited her and told me to keep her away from the flock and give her water and oil for three days. I did that but as soon as I gave her some cooked egg her crop swelled back up. Long story short I can not keep her crop from swelling up and not emptying over night. I put her in a crop bra for two weeks and it helped a little I think. So as a last ditch effort I’m wondering if I can treat her with this med for yeast infection? If yes does anyone know how much I’d give a 4 pound hen? I appreciate your help. Pic is of Oddball and the med I have.

I’ve tried the oil but not added a stool softener. Thank you for the dosing chart!
