New chicken keeper. Stella has something going on with her crop. I don’t see her vomiting. Feels balloon like. Please help identify and lmk how to treat.

Hi @Tribeof6 :frow Welcome To BYC!

Stella appears to be suffering from Pendulous Crop. The contents may be sour in there too, it's hard to know, but I would suspect so.
Re-check her crop first thing in the morning before she eats/drinks, if it's not empty, then I would set about making her a crop bra (in the links below) and treat her for sour crop too. You may have to cage her to control what she eats for a few days, see how it goes - sometimes you may need to withhold food for a day to see if you can get that crop emptied. Always make fresh water available during waking hours, you don't want a dehydrated hen.

What does her poop look like? If possible, getting a fecal float to check for worms would be good too. Worms are not necessarily the "cause" of a crop issue, but sometimes if their is inflammation or something is slowing down the digestive process, then you can see crop problems as well.

Read the 2 articles below to get you started on treatment options. Usually I go with the first one by @azygous but the other one is a little more detailed and gives you information about some of the causes as well.

I believe that @Wyorp Rock is correct that your hen is suffering from pendulous crop. I would get some electolytes for her to put in her water. You may need to limit her feed, and once that she is better, using a tight crop bra might help to control her overfilling her crop. Here is another article that may help you:
