Crossing a red sex link hen with rir/buff Orpington rooster, will the chicks be sex linked and able

Haven't done it yet but very interested in trying when my hens start laying, main thing I would like to know is will the chicks be able to be auto sexed?

No, sex linking does not carry to the second generation.
