It will be almost impossible for anyone to accurately guess that bird's gender from this photo. Do you have one of just that bird, from the side and ideally in natural light?

Sorry, both look like roosters, never seen that rust color on a female EE.

At 12 weeks old I suspect that your Easter Egger is a roo, sorry. Everyone else looks female to me though.

If you purchased them from a hatchery contact them and they should credit you the cost of the bird. I know that doesn't even cover a small percentage of what you've put into feed or the love you've given these birds. Really sorry this has happened.
