Curious if anyone knows what breed this lil one could possibly be?

We bought 6 lil ones from our RK store the other day…. I picked one out that I def wanted for sure, because of its colors…. To me, her/his colors and markings resemble a hawk, and the way she/he runs- it reminds me of a roadrunner and she’s/he’s very fast lol (def not a roadrunner tho) and I can sit for hours just watching her/him run around, darting back and forth…..

There were 2 signs for the bin, one said black sex link and the other said Americana but after reading about that breed (Americana), I don’t believe that’s what she/he actually is…..

We got 3 out of that same bin altogether, (and 3 more out of another) but they don’t really look a like- as in the colors (also don’t think they are Americana’s either)….

So I’m just curious if anyone knows what kind it is?

😊

Side note: I was in the process of cleaning out the cages and coop so it’s def a mess in the pics 😬

(S)he is in fact an Americana.
Americana is the same as an Easter Egger.

Feed stores and hatcheries often label their chicks Americanas to make them seem fancier that what they really are.. they are simply mixes that usually lay blue eggs.

This might help:

I'm sorry, I can't really help with the breed identification (wish you luck on that by the way). I do however also have a chick with a really cool pattern.

Your chicks are super pretty!!:love

Thank you! That totally makes more sense about labeling them differently to sell better because I did see a sign a few days prior that had Easter Eggers on it and I want to say it was the same bin they were in (they were the only 3 light colored ones left- the rest were the black sex link or black ones)

Can you take some pictures of the front of the chick?
It may also be an EE (Easter Egger), AKA Americana.

Oh I don't need breed identification haha😅
I know mine is a silkie and isabella bantam brahma mix. The parents are my chickens. I have 2 of the mixes. One is older and one is younger. The younger one has really cute fluffy cheeks.
1st pic is both
2nd pic is older one
3rd pic is younger one
