Cut Foot - Still Not Walking 2 Weeks Later - Broken??

I have an 8 week old Isbar pullet who cut her foot on something two weeks ago. I saw her hobbling and noticed a small gash on the webbing of her inside toe. Cleaned it up and have been putting Blu-Kote on periodically. Two weeks have gone by now and she still will not put any weight at all on the foot; barely moves except to the feeder and waterer and when she does she hobbles and limps around on her hock and shank. She treats her foot really gingerly and barely rests it on the roost. I have palpated the foot and shank thoroughly and haven’t been able to detect any obvious or glaring breaks (certainly no compound fractures), but she is acting like something is broken. Anything I should be doing differently other than letting her rest and time take its course? I was expecting some improvement since the injury but haven’t seen any noticeable change in her a bad limp. Eating, drinking and pooping all fine and she’s otherwise alert and clear eyed. Thanks!
