It finally happened. One of the barred rocks layed the cutest little egg for the first egg. Should I expect a gap before the other one or should it be every day or so for a bit now from her?

She could choose to lay one tomorrow or rest a day in between. It depends on individuals.

Congrats! I would blow out the egg to preserve it!

Congratulations. Mine took a couple days before her second egg but it does depend on each pullet.
