Cyst or tumor??? I don't know whether to be freaked out or not!!

I have a year old Australorp hen that has a small pea sized area on her side under her wing. It's not discolored, no difference in color from all the rest of her skin. It sorta reminds me of a big skin tag. Not painful when I touch it. It's not hard but not squishy either. Any ideas on what it could be? I'll try to post a pic of it tomorrow. Thanks in advance for any help y'all can give.
