Need ideas on good dairy goats for colder winters but hot summers. Have plenty of acreage with grass and good hay for the winter.

My parents neighbor has Nubians and Alpines that seem to handle the crazy Missouri weather pretty good ( colder winters & hot summers)

Lamanchas have the tiniest ears...less chance of frostbite.
