Dark Color Buff Orp Eggs?

Ok, can someone tell me what is the darkest color they ever got from a buff orphington hen?

Mine vary a little in the shade, but none are very dark.

well I have 3 that are almost as dark as copper maran eggs? I'm wondering if that is what they are. I ordered 6 buff orp's eggs. I got three that were the light to med beige color and the other three like I said are darker, way darker. Like milk chocolate?

I have 2 buffs...
they lay very pale brown.

They were seriously this dark?

The brown eggs in that carton are the same as what an Orpington should lay. . . the dark red ones are from Black Copper Marans.

I can see an Orpington laying a darker shade of brown, but not like a French Marans. Especially if the Orpington is a true buff color (no black, white, or grey in its feathers at all)​
