dark red/brown soft scab with green outlay?

Bought 14 month old peking 4 days ago went to bath her and noticed a long brown scab down the middle of her back with green all around what is it ? Need help please x
 
Pictures would help. Green skin can be a sign of bruising. It could be bruising surrounding an injury. Do you have a rooster or could she have be injured by a predator? Betadine to clean a wound, and plain antibiotic ointment applied to it would be a good treatment.
