Hi everyone,
Wondering if someone can help me. I'm hatching duck eggs for the first time. They were camdling normal up till now but now on day 10 there seems to be some pink fluid around the air sac. I still see veins and an embryo but some of them have a lot of pink fluid. Anyone have any ideas of this is ok? Could this be a ruptured air sac?

I will take pics and post tomorrow! I'm used to hatching chick eggs and not used to seeing this fluid. Still movement in all of them so not sure what this is.

So this pink stuff seems to have resolved itself. I think it might just have been the way I was candling . On another note tho a few eggs a few of my eggs are showing yellow now. Could this be a ruptured yolk? If it is do I put them in the lockdown?

How much yellow? Where in relation to the embroyo and air sac?

What day are you on?

Pics are still very helpful. I know it can be hard, but it's sometimes better to see it + have your description.

Ok we are now on day 13. Trying to upload a pic but doesn't seem to be letting me. Still lots of veins and embryo movement but check out the yellow.
