Day 12 of incubating quail eggs Im so excited !!!!!!

Hello, so its day 12 of incubation for 21 quail eggs and I cant wait so what day should I start the lock down and block both holes in the incubator and fill up both moulded dish with hot or Cold water what one ? I just cant wait and I really want to get it right thanks oh and also turn off the automatic turner .

ı think you hot water (31-32 celcius).
