Day 19, chick hatches, won't stand, eyes arnt open

Chick hatched today, day 19, had yolk attached to butt but absorbed it. Then I noticed is eyes arnt open. It's also been 3 hours and it hasn't stood up. It'll peep and squirm around though. Hasn't fluffed to either exept it's tummy. What to do and what will happen?

I have had the same problem I just made sure he kept his head up and gave him a drink of water and mine turned out great

Just leave him be in the incubator..... he won't need food or water for 2 days at least.
As long as he's breathing, just let him get caught up.
