It's Day 20 under a broody mama. When Mama got off to eat today, I checked the eggs and I can hear peeping in two of the remaining 5 when I hold the egg to my ear. Don't want to count before they hatch but it's so exciting!
We started with 8. Three were Leghorn (non fertilized - too fast and flighty for my poor oversexed roo! Not worth the effort to catch them.) The remaining 5 are a mixed lot. Two are for sures and I'm not sure of the other three. They don't smell though. Should be a fun day tomorrow.
