I would wait another day and see if they were just a little late. Did they die? I would also candle them.

just give an extria day or so this time of year temps can drop a little bit in the bator and may delay a day or so my last hatch every thing was as close to perefect as could be and one on day 20 (it could not count days i think) and a few on day 21 most were day 22 and the last 3 day 23.

I'm so glad you got your first one. I am 9 hours into day 22 and still no peeps. Feeling discouraged but plan to wait until tomorrow night to candle. Back-up plan is to buy live chicks at the feed store & move on to the next phase. Can't let my new brooder box go chickenless.

I have 10 new chickies. 2 hatched late on day 22, 8 hatched day 23. No peeps until day 22, pips started arounded the same time. Don't candle or open your bator. You just have to wait.

Hope they turn out OK.
