Day 21 Duck Egg

I'm currently hatching a duck egg which is now at day 21.
I was just after some advice on whether this still looks healthy or not. I think I can still see some slight movement in the egg so I think it's okay but I thought I would jump on here for some more opinions.

But from what I can tell, the egg doesn’t seem healthy.
