day 22 of incubation nothing yet

its my first time incubating chicken eggs and it is now day 22 of incubation and no piped egg yet I have kept a steady humidity of 50% and on day 18 I upped it to 65% and kept temp. at 99. have ben seeing the egg rocking back and forth since day 18 and I candled yesterday (day21) and could see some movement can anybody help me or give me any advise on when my egg should pip???

I have seen this before my grandfather has had this happen to him when he keeps the temp at 99.5 he tends to have them hatch a day or two late and gets a majority of females when he wants males he keeps it at 101.5 just wait add see
