Out of my 11 bantam eegs, none have even pipped yet. It is day 23. I think for the first 17 days the temp ran about 3 degrees farenheit low... are they still going to hatch? I had no other major problems....

Sorry nobody else has replied. Maybe snatch one out, and candle it? Wrap in a damp paper towel for a minute afterwards and then replace just the egg in the bator. Temp drops will be fine at this stage, but drying will NOT do it any good if still viable.

without candling it there is no way to tell much, if you dont have anyluck with candling then place in a bowl of water and see if there is any vibration ripples , at 23days you should see the water move no problems. 3 degree f shouldnt make much diff tho 3 degreeC would make a difference

My last two hatches have been 2-3 days EARLY, so I'm in the same boat just at the other end of the spectrum. I would just wait and see!

I have three eggs left that were supposed to hatch Friday. Same thing here- no pips or zips. I hate this.

do you hear any peeping? I would get an egg out and lightly tap it, usually you will hear a peep if there is a viable chick in there.

I hear no peeping, but I will go wash my hands and try tapping on the eggs.
