Day 23

[Daycare Lady]

This is morning of day 23 and I have 18 eggs...thought I was doung everything good .....three of them are duck eggs. ( they hatch later?) Should i open the incabator and remove the chick eggs...is it safe for the ducks to open lock down? What are my options...I'm so upset....i run a home daycare...and i thought some should of hatches...temp was 100 and added water in the lower channel? I did not do that every day...did i mess up?
Tell me what to do...its been in lock down at day 18 wet sponges in the water channel ...only opened incabator to candle the eggs but closed every time not leave open...
