The first looks like a silver duckwing oegb, do you know if it is bantam or standard? nevermind, I see the cute puffy cheeks now, I have no clue now

The first one with the eyeliner is probably an Easter Egger or EE. It was probably sold to you as an Ameraucana/Araucana. But they are not the same thing. The bottom one looks like a mottled Java chick but it could be any breed that will feather out black and white, like an Anacona. But for now I'd stick with Mottled Java.
