today one of my chooks died. it was sitting under my coop sleeping this afternoon when I came home the poor thing had passed away.

could this be cocci?

ive cleaned the coop now though it was relatively clean only finished building it a week ago.

should I be worried about my other chickens? they seem very normal.

helllppppp please.

my coop has very little ventilation which I know is bad for chickens.

poor heckle rip

For poop, have a look here. http://pluckandfeather.com/chicken-poo-chart-graphic.html

Anyway, as long as the issue isn't contagious, the whole flock should be ok.

But, it's dead. Nothing more you can do other then preventing the loss of others.

Chickens die for many reasons, and as gimmecake said , you need to be vigilant and keep a close eye on the rest of your birds. Worms and lice can kill them and cocci outbreaks seem to be high with the current weather conditions. Cocci is in the soil, so don't blame yourself, but you should probably have some corrid or if you are in Aus, amprolium in your first aid box.
Sorry for your loss
