    That's a shame.
For information, I would explain more.
    Where are you located?
    What breed?
    How old?
    What time of day?
Any injuries or symptoms before today?
    Anything else you can share?

Sounds more like the dog ate something poisonous than anything else. Are your dogs current on their shots, particularly Parvo?

could be poison, parvovirus, hemoragic gastroenteritis or any number of things personally Id take to bet to have some samples send out so Id know if the other dogs are at risk

She's buried now but she has had a history of getting sick after eating hotdogs and greasy foods and she ate spaghetti

I am so sorry to read of your loss burdboy [IMG]

She may have had pancreatitis. A fatty meal can trigger it. Once they have had pancreatitis they need to be kept on a special diet of low fat.

I agree it does sound like pancreatitis. Dogs shouldn't be given lots of greasy fatty foods. It can kill pretty quickly. Sorry about your dog.

In the future, be ready to send any dead animal you are unsure of the cause for a necropsy. State animal labs are either free or at minimal cost. Any cost is worth knowing what went wrong.
