Deceased chicken necropsy - pictures

I tried to attach 2 pictures of the necropsy of a hen that was found dead in the coop this am. No previous injury, illness or symptoms noted. Lots of yellowish clear non foul smelling fluid in abdomen.

I have not a clue about what we found. Note the fatty growths and the multiple yolks - ???. Can you help me out? We have cleaned lots of game birds and never saw this before.

Server will not accept the pictures. There were lots of pea sized fatty growths through out the abdominal organs. There were at least 4 quarter sized or larger yellow fluid filled sacs in the abdomen.

When I went to check on my chicks about a week ago I had a chick dead with a her beak surrounded by a puddle of yellow fluid, wonder if it could be the same thing??
