decided i'd try and hatch some chicken eggs! they've been in my bator for 7 days now, i candled them today and all but one has veins developing [IMG] i was curious though, i read that if a candled egg has a bunch of spots that it's not good. one that i candled has these spots but also has viens developing. is it going to die or is this only true for eggs that don't begin to develop?

here they are in my Rcom 20 [IMG]

Here's wishing you luck with the eggs! Sorry I can't help you with your question, though.

Oh my first hatch I did everything while ignoring any advice, I left the chickens to lay outside in all their yard nests and ignored their eggs for a month, gathered them all and put them in dirty, left the ones that looked dead or splotchy or weird that most people say take out, all but 4 hatched and those four never even started. You never know really!
