Had a curious one die young in incubation. 1 head 2 formed bodies. Day 6 incubation. Incubator is working great. No issues with temp. Single yolk

Hatch failure analysis starts around page 52 I believe, and tells you the possibilities of why they failed according to the specific time frame...

No I get you are saying there was one head and two bodies... I haven't done this type of analysis yet... so very unfamiliar with what it should look like!
