Delaware - Black spot on head - F/M? Lots of pics...

Hi,
I got my fuzzy butts today. I confirmed with the hatchery before we got them that it was a pullet only order.

But, it looks like half of them have black patches on their head. Some breads that means Male vs. Female.

How about Delawares? Did I get half roos?

The spot means nothing about the sex, I promise. If so, I'd have been very happy with my hatches of Dels, LOL. Often those are nicely marked later on, I've been told by a breeder, but it is not a sexing tool.

Ok, so now I just have to wait until... July or August for all of those Delaware eggs!? (Grin)...

By three or four weeks old, the males are getting pink combs and most get lots of smut down the back, so it won't be long.
