Delaware Hen or Roo

My son says Bucky is a hen. I say Bucky is a roo, but I'm still new at this. Bucky is about 12 weeks old. What do y'all think?

I thought so, but needed some back up! I love him to death. I think he is gorgeous.

I believe he is a roo. I have 2 Delawares the same age.
Their combs are small and wattles barely there and not red.

It's not the comb, but the color pattern that tells the boys from the girls in this breed. Those shoulder markings and the tail scream rooster.
