Delaware hen or rooster

I have 4 Delwares about 12/13 weeks old. I keep going back and forth on if I have 1 rooster (black tail feathers) or 3 roosters (speckled tail feathers). Help please!

They can vary quite a lot especially if they’re hatchery birds. Coloring doesn’t look too different, just one happened to end up darker. The main thing for me is the size and color of the comb and waddles. They’re HUGE and VERY red for their age. You can see your RIR is much smaller and not red yet. Unfortunately they are definitely all boys.
