I have a 38 week old Delaware, which I am confused on if Rooster or Hen? She/He doesn't show a spurs or crows.

Roooooooooooo. You can see the tightly barred saddle and hackle feathers. If you were to look at these on a kitchen table or piece of dark paper, the tips would be pointed.

ETA: Spurs don't usually show up for well over a year, and if you have another rooster this guy may not crow. Often the non-dominant roos do not crow as it's a territorial behavior.
