I have 3 Delawares, this is the only one with a red comb, the other two have pale pink combs. This is my first year with chickens, so I don't know how to tell the difference. My Easter Egger roo is looking very cocky (haha), but is comb color enough of an indicator? What about the black flecks on its back, the other two have dark grey flecks. Is the more vibrant coloring an indicator, or just a variation?

You have all pullets, and I think that they will be laying soon.
