We have been waiting for our silkie babies to hatch. We have two mommas sitting for the first time. I went out this morning and found one baby laying there, half under mama, super cold. I picked her up and she was barely moving. We've got her in our cleavage right now because it seemed like the best place. Hoping to warm her up, get some fluid in her and get her back under mama. It's my birthday so I'm hoping we'll have a little extra luck because of that. We have no heat source other than us. If we get her up and going I've heard of giving sugar water? What is the mixture?

Oh my god, she's peeping and we're all teary eyed.

I figured we had a 10% chance of her coming back.
