Apart from probably slowing the growth rate, what would be the detrimental affects of giving Broiler Fowl 'Layer Pullet Grower'?

Is it just that the feed is not so high in proteins? Could it cause weakness or some other malady?

There is too much calcium in it and I would imagine it could kill them.

    Wow, thanks.

As they say ignorance is bliss.

We started 6 Broilers just as an experiment, but they became such fat ugly creatures so quickly I wanted to let them reach maturity with more dignity..?

They are the most unattractive creatures, I don't know if we will have the stomach to cull them at the appropriate time... or rather eat them.

    Thanks again.
