Deworming 101

I have three chicks that are 5 weeks old right now, and I was wondering when I should deworm them. right now all I do is put some unfiltered apple cider vinegar in their water because I'm trying to raise them organically. I have been letting them wander around the back yard during the day when its warm. Is deworming even something you do before they are full grown? If so what should i use? I've been trying to read up on the subject but I cant really find any clear answers so I would really appreciate some advise.

They are too young to worm.
