Just joined the other day. Very cool and informative site. I'm in the process of building my coop so I'm reading as much as I can so I'll be a better chicken keeper when I finally get some hens.

Welcome to BYC. Lots of nice folks and it is a great site. You're not far from me, I live in Howell. This saturday is the Michigan Chickenstock. Lots of birds and lots of great chicken loving people. My brother lives there and I go to the dragway from time to time.
